How Campaigns Work

  1. Select a video for your campaign.
  2. Define your token schema (e.g., firstName, company, role).
  3. Add recipients with their token values.
  4. Launch the campaign — each recipient gets a personalized URL.
  5. Track engagement per recipient (views, watch time, CTA clicks).

Token System

Tokens are placeholders that get replaced with recipient-specific values. Use them in:

  • Video landing page — Personalized greetings, company logos.
  • CTA buttons — Custom links per recipient.
  • Email subject/body — When sending campaign emails.
