Freshsales Integration
Connect Zidi to Freshsales (Freshworks CRM) to sync video engagement with your sales contacts.
Prerequisites
- A Freshsales account.
- Your Freshsales API key and domain (e.g.,
yourcompany.freshsales.io). - A Zidi account on the Pro plan.
Connecting Freshsales
- Open the Integrations page from the left sidebar in Zidi.
- Find Freshsales and click Connect.
- Enter your domain and API key.
- Click Test Connection.
- Once verified, click Save & Connect.
What Gets Synced

Disconnecting
Open Integrations from the left sidebar, click Freshsales, and click Disconnect.
Troubleshooting
- Invalid domain? — Use just the subdomain part (e.g.,
yourcompany), not the full URL. - API key not working? — Generate a new API key from Freshsales > Settings > API Settings.
