Close CRM Integration
Connect Zidi to Close to sync video engagement with your sales pipeline.
Prerequisites
- A Close CRM account.
- Your Close API key (found in Settings > API Keys).
- A Zidi account on the Pro plan.
Connecting Close
- Open the Integrations page from the left sidebar in Zidi.
- Find Close and click Connect.
- Enter your API key.
- Click Test Connection.
- Once verified, click Save & Connect.
What Gets Synced

Disconnecting
Open Integrations from the left sidebar, click Close CRM, and click Disconnect.
Troubleshooting
- Connection failed? — Ensure your API key is correct and has read/write access.
- Leads not found? — Close searches by email address. Ensure contacts have email addresses set.
