Monday.com Integration
Connect Zidi to Monday.com to sync video engagement with your project boards and CRM items.
Prerequisites
- A Monday.com account.
- Your Monday.com API token (found in Profile > Admin > API).
- A Zidi account on the Pro plan.
Connecting Monday.com
- Open the Integrations page from the left sidebar in Zidi.
- Find Monday.com and click Connect.
- Enter your API token.
- Click Test Connection.
- Once verified, click Save & Connect.
What Gets Synced

Disconnecting
Open Integrations from the left sidebar, click Monday.com, and click Disconnect.
Troubleshooting
- No items found? — Monday.com uses GraphQL to search. Ensure your boards have an email column.
- Permission denied? — Make sure your API token has access to the target boards.
