Copper CRM Integration
Connect Zidi to Copper (formerly ProsperWorks) to sync video engagement with your Google Workspace CRM.
Prerequisites
- A Copper CRM account.
- Your Copper API key (found in Settings > Integrations > API Keys in Copper).
- The email address associated with your Copper account.
- A Zidi account on the Pro plan.
Getting Your API Key
- Log in to Copper CRM.
- Go to Settings > Integrations > API Keys.
- Click Generate API Key (or copy your existing key).
- Copy the API key — you'll need it in the next step.
Connecting Copper
- Open the Integrations page from the left sidebar in your Zidi dashboard.
- Find Copper and click Connect.
- Enter your Copper email and API key.
- Click Test Connection to verify.
- Once verified, click Save & Connect.
What Gets Synced

Data Security
- Your API key is encrypted using AES-256-GCM before storage.
- The key is only decrypted server-side when making API calls to Copper.
- Zidi never exposes your raw API key in the browser.
Disconnecting
- Open Integrations from the left sidebar and click Copper.
- Click Disconnect.
- Your API key is permanently deleted from Zidi's servers.
Troubleshooting
- Connection test failed? — Verify your API key and email are correct. The email must match your Copper account.
- Activities not appearing? — Check that activity types are enabled in Copper settings.
- People not found? — Copper searches by primary email only. Ensure the email matches.
