Account & Billing
How do I create an account?
Visit app.zidi.ai and click Sign Up. You can register with email/password or use Google/GitHub sign-in.
What plans are available?
Zidi offers Free, Starter, and Pro plans. Each tier adds more video uploads, AI credits, campaign limits, and integrations. See the Account Setup page for a full comparison.
How do I upgrade my plan?
Go to Settings > Billing in your dashboard. Select your desired plan and complete payment via Dodo Payments.
Can I cancel my subscription?
Yes. Go to Settings > Billing and click Cancel Subscription. Your plan stays active until the end of the current billing period.
What payment methods are accepted?
We accept credit/debit cards and various local payment methods through Dodo Payments.
Recording & Upload
What's the maximum recording length?
There's no hard time limit. Recording length is limited by your device's available storage and memory.
What video formats can I upload?
MP4, WebM, MOV, AVI, and MKV are supported.
Why is my recording quality poor?
Ensure you have good lighting, close unnecessary applications to free up CPU, and select 1080p quality in the recording settings.
Can I record my screen without the camera?
Yes. Toggle off the camera in the recording settings before starting.
AI Features
How accurate are AI captions?
Caption accuracy is typically 95%+ for clear English audio. Accuracy varies by language and audio quality. You can always edit captions after generation.
How long does dubbing take?
Dubbing typically takes 2-5 minutes depending on video length. You'll receive a notification when it's ready.
What languages are supported for dubbing?
29+ languages are supported, including English, Spanish, French, German, Chinese, Japanese, Korean, Arabic, Hindi, and many more.
Do AI features use credits?
Yes. Caption generation, dubbing, and voice changes each use 1 credit. Credits reset monthly based on your plan.
Integrations
Which CRMs are supported?
HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho CRM, Copper, ActiveCampaign, Close, Freshsales, and Monday.com.
Is my API key stored securely?
Yes. All API keys and tokens are encrypted with AES-256-GCM before storage. They are only decrypted server-side when making API calls.
Can I use multiple integrations at once?
Yes. You can connect multiple CRMs, automation tools, and analytics pixels simultaneously.
What happens when I disconnect an integration?
Zidi stops sending data to that service. API keys are permanently deleted. Data already synced to the external service remains there.
Sharing & Privacy
Can I password-protect my videos?
Yes. Enable password protection from the video share settings. Viewers must enter the password before watching.
Who can see my videos?
By default, videos are private. Only people with the share link can view them. You can also password-protect for additional security.
Can I embed videos on my website?
Yes. Every video has an embed code that works on WordPress, Webflow, Wix, Squarespace, Notion, and most other platforms.
